Create tasks

  • Create tasks for your applicants or internal stakeholders within the Recruitment workspace and assign it to the respective personas.

    Vorbereitungen

    Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.recruiter

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Recruitment workspace.
    2. In a job requisition record page, select the required application.
    3. Go to the Tasks tab of the job application and select Add new.
    4. In the Select task pop-up window, pick a task from the available list, and select Submit.
      The Task type field is automatically selected when you select the Task. For more information on task types, see Configure hiring task types.

      For more information on mapping task types with different tasks, see Map task types in Recruitment workspace.

    5. On the Applicant task form, fill in the fields.
      For a description of the field values, see Applicant task form.
    6. Select Save.

    Ergebnisse

    View the new task from the Lists view of an application page in a job requisition. The list-view provides a consolidated and efficient task management option.
