The Workplace Central workspace enables you to manage the space requests submitted in the organization and deploy them by following a simple process. A space request is created as a workplace case in the application. You can view the workplace case using the Space Optimization workspace. As a space planner, you can perform the following actions on space request workplace cases:

• View the total number of workplace space requests created in the organization using the metrics.
• Work on any space request workplace case that is currently in progress at any time.
• View the space request details.
• Assign the space request to another assignment group or a user.
• Add comments and work notes in the workplace case. The comments and work notes are displayed in the request details to the user.
• View the space plan details of the request. Apply filters on the plan items using the filter pills.
• View the space plan on the floor map. To view the floor map, the floor map must be created using Workplace Indoor Mapping and Indoor Mapping component plugin.
• Check approval details of the request.
• View the respective space and user deployment plan and deploy it.
