Configure conversational intake for Conflict of Interest request

  • Ensure required applications are installed to enable legal users to submit a Conflict of Interest (COI) request using conversational interface of Now Assist panel in Virtual Agent.

    Role required: admin

    • Ensure you have installed and configured the following applications for the conversational intake for COI.
      • Now Assist in Conversational Catalog Request (sn_now_assist_cr)
      • Catalog Conversational CoverageApp id (sn_catalog_con_cov)
    • Ensure AI Search is enabled. For more information, see Configuring AI Search.
    • Ensure the Now Assist panel is turned on. For more information, see Activate the Now Assist panel standard chat.
    • Ensure Now Assist in Virtual Agent is configured. For more information, see .
