    Warum und wann dieser Vorgang ausgeführt wird

    Journey owners and mentors have permissions assigned to them from a Journey Configuration. The permission the enable owners and mentors to add, edit, or delete quick links to a journey is Can add quick links. Owners and mentors with this permission can add valid URLs to an individual journey as a quick link.
    Hinweis:
    If the Quick links widget is not visible in a journey, the Can add quick links is not configured in the Journey Configuration. Only administrators can update the permissions for the journey configuration. See, Update users' permissions for journeys.

    Prozedur

    1. From the Employee Center, navigate to Journeys.
    2. Open the journey to add the quick link to.
      The Quick links widget is at the bottom right of the journey page. You can also add quick links when you are creating a journey. See, Create a journey.
    3. Select Add a link and fill in the fields.
      • Link text: The text that is visible in the journey.
      • Link address: A valid URL.
    4. Select Add link.
      Select the more icon to edit or delete a link.
