Configure messaging for the applicant

  • Configure the conditions when an applicant can reach out to the recruiters within the Applicant Center. Create a clear communication channel with the hiring team and a better hiring experience for the applicants.

    Set up trigger conditions to enable the messaging functionality for an applicant. The functionality can be triggered depending on the job title, the application state, or any other criterion.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Standard Ticket > Standard Ticket Configuration.
    2. Open the sn_ta_hiring_core_job_application [sn_ta_hiring_core_job_application] table.
    3. In the Tab Configurations section, select the Message list.
    4. Add conditions to enable the messaging functionality for the applicants.
