Create or modify injury and illness record of a safety incident on the Mobile Agent app
Log an injury or illness that resulted from a health and safety incident for each person affected during the incident on the Mobile Agent app.

Role required: sn_ohs_im.manager, sn_ohs_im.agent
Prozedur
- Open the Mobile Agent app on your mobile device.
- In the navigation bar, tap Home.

Tap the Safety incidents icon
from the quick links section.
- Open a safety incident record.

Tap the Related lists tab and then tap Injury and illness.

To modify an existing injury and illness record,
- Swipe left on the injury and illness record to view the edit and delete options.
- Open the injury and illness record and tap More options icon
, then tap edit or delete.
- To add a new injury and illness record, tap Add new injured person.

On the form, fill in the details.

- Tap Submit.

To add injured body parts, open an injured persons record in the Injury and illness related list of a safety incident.
- Tap Add new injured body part.

On the form, fill in the fields.
Tabelle : 1. Injured body part from Field Description Severity Seriousness of the injury - None- No injury present.
- Minor- Mild injury that needs minimal or no treatment.
- Moderate- Noticeable injury such as deep cuts, moderate sprain, minor fracture that may limit activity temporarily. Medical intervention may be required but not life threatening.
- Severe- Serious injury such as major fractures, head trauma, deep lacerations that impacts function or is potentially life-threatening. Requires urgent medical intervention.
Region Region of the body where the injury occurred. Body part Part of the body where the injury is. Description Detailed description of the injury or illness.
