    The Overview tab provides a quick and real-time visual summary of audit progress. It shows objective completion on a timeline, the distribution of objectives, items for review, and findings by state, and an overall compliance rating for the audit.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Health and Safety Workspace.
    2. Select the risk management icon (Risk assessment icon).
    3. In the Audits list, select All and open the audit record.
    4. Select the Overview tab.

      The tab displays cards that summarize the audit status.

    5. Wahlweise: Apply the Date range and Location filters to refine the data shown on cards.
      Filters apply to all cards simultaneously.
    6. Review the audit progress and metrics using the following data visualizations.

      Card Description
      Audit timeline Audit timeline that runs from the audit start date to the audit end date.
      Audit objectives are distributed across this audit period and appear as icons on the timeline:
      • Select Show legend to understand timeline indicators.
      • Select an indicator icon on the timeline to open the corresponding objective record.
      Objectives Breakdown of objectives by state.
      • The number inside the donut chart shows the total objective count.
      • Select a segment to drill down to a list of objectives filtered by that state.
      Items for review Breakdown of review items by type.
      • The number inside the chart shows the total count.
      • Select a segment to drill down to a filtered list of items in that type.
      Compliance Percentage of audit compliance ratings based on findings.
      • The percentage inside the chart shows the overall compliance rating for the audit.
      • Select a compliance rating to drill down to a list of findings filtered by that rating.
