Setup a kiosk on a physical device for reservations

    • Kiosk operators can bind the kiosk configuration to a physical device for employees and guests to make workplace reservations.

    Role required: sn_wsd_kiosk.operator

    Prozedur

    1. Log in to the Workplace Services Kiosk instance.
    2. On the kiosk setup welcome page for a device, select the Select Kiosk tab.
      Select and assign kiosk to a device page. Kiosk operators can assign kiosk to a device.
    3. Search and select the kiosk that you want to assign to your device (for example, Default kiosk).
      The selected kiosk should be assigned to a Reservable module and should have spaces configured for it. For more information, see Configure Reservable Module for kiosk reservation.
    4. Select Continue and enable the kiosk to access a physical device's camera.
    5. Select Save kiosk to complete the kiosk assignment to a device.

    6. The Welcome to the Kiosk setup page opens and shows the default kiosk as selected.
