Compose and send emails directly from legal request record form in the Legal Counsel Center. You can also save the email as draft to send it
later.

Navigate to .

Click the list icon (
).

In the Lists tab, under Legal
Requests, click Assigned to Me.

Open a legal request.

Click the more actions button (
) and select Compose Email.
The Compose Email button is available only when the
legal request is in the Assigned or Work in progress state.

In the New Email Draft tab, compose a new email or
respond to the email received.
Using response templates, you can insert predefined content into the email body. Select the response template icon (

) and find an appropriate response template based on the subject of your email. Copy and paste the template's content into the email body.

Send it right away or save it as a draft to send later.
- To send the email instantly, click Send
Email.
- To save the email as draft, click Save as draft.
Hinweis: You can view the draft emails by clicking the list icon (

), selecting the
Drafts list item under the
Email category, and opening a draft email.

After the email is sent, it is added to the activity stream on the legal request form. Emails you receive from others are also added to the activity stream.Legal requests marked as Privileged and Confidential, contain confidentiality markers to comply with legal requirements. This applies to both system-generated notifications and fulfiller-initiated
outbound emails.
