Review a Legal Invention Disclosure request and either approve it to be sent for a patent approval or request clarification from the requester.

Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_fulfiller, sn_lg_ip.patent_fulfiller

Prozedur

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Legal Counsel Center.
2. Select the List icon () from the primary navigation and in the Legal Requests section of the Lists menu, select All.
3. Select the request to open.
4. Select Assign to me.
5. Select Start Work.
6. Review the request.
   • If you are satisfied with the information provided, create the related matter. For more information, see Create a matter or add a Legal Invention Disclosure request to an existing matter.
   • If you are not satisfied with the information, select Clarification Required, fill in the details about the information needed in the Clarification Required dialog box, and select Submit.

Ergebnisse

• An email notification is sent to the requester to update the request.
• The State is updated to Assigned.
• The Application status in Legal Counsel Center is updated to Clarification Required.
