    • Cancel a wet signature process for contract documents that have been sent to signatories.

    The state of the contract request should be Awaiting signature.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to the workspace.
    2. Open the contract request.
    3. On the Standard Ticket page, from the Actions menu, select Cancel signature.
    4. On the confirmation window, select Cancel signature.

    Ergebnisse

    The contract status updates to Signature cancelled, and a notification email is sent to all signatories.
