ServiceNow administrators assign plan configuration owners. The owners of a plan configuration publish updates for review and approval. The decentralized approach to plan configuration ownership and approval supports a workflow for area experts to customize and maintain plan configurations. These plan configurations are called journey templates in the Employee Center .

Owner

Owners are assigned by ServiceNow administrators. A plan configuration owner has expertise related to the plan configuration needs of a logical area.

Co-owner

Co-owners are assigned by ServiceNow administrators and have all the responsibilities of an owner.
