Gifts and Entertainment Compliance overview
Gifts and Entertainment Compliance enables you to streamline the giving and receiving of gifts and entertainment as per the configured gift policies. You can create and manage gift policies according to your organizations policies.
Disclosure requests are auto-approved when the value of disclosure is within the limits configured in the gift policy. This expedites the approval process, so you get quick responses.

Gifts and Entertainment Compliance workflow
- The Gifts and entertainment configurator defines a gift policy.
- An employee with legal user role submits a gift or entertainment disclosure request.
- If a policy is configured and the value of gift or entertainment disclosure is within the permissible limits, the request is auto-approved.
- If a policy is configured and the value of gift or entertainment disclosure is not within the permissible limits, the request is sent for manager's approval.
- If there is no policy configured, the request is sent for manager's approval.
- After manager's approval the request is sent to the members of Legal - Gifts Compliance group for approval.
- Any one of the members of the Legal - Gifts Compliance group approves the disclosure request.
- The manager or Legal - Gifts Compliance group members can reject the approval which will result in the request being rejected.
