Configure signal actions for Proactive Prompts

    • Set signal actions to enable end users who receive a prompt through Virtual Agent to act on it.

    Hinweis:
    Signal actions are used for Virtual Agent. Employee Portal uses the action group for actions.

    Role required: sn_pp.admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Proactive Prompts > Signal Actions.
    2. Select New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields:
      Tabelle : 1. Signal actions form
      Fields Description
      Name Name of the signal action.
      Model type Choose whether you want to use the regular NLU based Virtual Agent topics or LLM based Virtual Agent topics in the VA topic field. Your options are:
      • NLU/Keyword
      • LLM
      VA topic The relevant Virtual Agent topic for the signal action. For more information on creating a Virtual Agent topic, see Creating a Virtual Agent topic. For information on publishing the topics, see Publish a Virtual Agent topic.
      Active Option to activate the signal action record.
    4. Select Submit.
