  • The safety audit manager can use the audit schedule form to set up a recurring workplace safety audit.

    Field Description
    Number System-generated unique number for the audit schedule.
    Short description Brief description about the audit schedule.
    Assignment group User group this audit is assigned to. Only members of this group can view and work on this audit.
    Assigned to User this audit is assigned to.
    Location Location that this safety audit applies to.
    Regulatory Audit Option to indicate whether this audit is a regulatory audit.
    Assets Assets that this audit is related to. For example, the audit needs to be conducted on these assets.

    Risk matrix Risk matrix used for risk assessments for this audit.
    Audit scope Detailed description about the scope of this audit.
    Audit goals Detailed description about the goals of this audit.

    Field Description
    Start date Date when an audit record is first created for this schedule.
    End date Date when the last audit record is created for this schedule.
    Frequency Frequency between the start and end date at which the system generates an audit record such as daily, weekly, or monthly.
    Months to generate Months when the recurring audit records should be generated.

    When you enter a date range covering an entire year with a monthly frequency, you can select which particular months to generate audit records for—The audit doesn't have to happen every month.

    This field appears only when Frequency is set as Monthly.

    Weekly Weekday when the recurring audit records should be generated.

    You can select which particular day of the week to generate audit records for—The audit doesn't have to happen every day in the week.

    This field appears only when Frequency is set as Weekly.
