  • The Risk Assessment is a process of identifying and evaluating potential hazards and risks associated with a process, system, product, or activity, and implementing measures that help prevent or mitigate those risks. The feature enables the safety of people and proactively reduce safety incident rates.

The safety team performs the following activities via the Health and Safety Workspace to conduct their risk assessments.
    • Identify and maintain a list of potential hazards associated with each job type. They also develop and implement effective control measures to eliminate or minimize the risks associated with each hazard.
    • Build risk matrixes to define levels of risk for identified hazards.
    • Create and manage risk assessments to assess risk using predefined risk matrixes.
    • Schedule recommended actions for risk assessments, if applicable.
    • If a review and approval are required, assign the assessment to appropriate users.
    • Assigned users review and approve the assessments via Employee Center.
