Add access to obligation management from contract repository records

  • As an administrator, add the Obligations tab in contract repository records to manage contract obligations.

    Vorbereitungen

    Role required: admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Contract > Contracts > All.
    2. Select a contract record.
    3. Right-click the context menu icon Context menu icon and select Configure > Related Lists.
    4. In the View list, select the workspace view that should include the Obligations tab.
    5. Add access to obligation management by moving Obligation from the Available list to the Selected list.
    6. Select Save.
    7. Select Update.

    Ergebnisse

    The Obligations tab will appear in contract repository records.
