Employee Readiness Surveys notification requirements

    • Add an Employee Readiness Surveys email notification to use for sending the survey link. The readiness survey assesses the employee’s readiness to return to the workplace.

    Displays the When to send tab in the Outreach Survey notification.
    Complete the remaining settings.
    • Table field: Select Outreach Surveys [sn_imt_checkin_employee_check_in]
    • When to send tab:
      • Set the Conditions criteria as shown in the image of the base system notification.
      • Enter the Advanced condition script with the following change.

        For this line: var thisNotificationSysId = 'a1baaaba71201010fa9b986641bd1ca4';

        Replace the sys_id with the sys_id notification that you're adding. To get the sys_id, open the additional actions menu, and then select Copy sys_id.

    • Who will receive tab: Select Assigned to in Users/Groups in fields.
    • What it will contain tab: Enter the subject and text of the email message.
