Submit a privacy assessment request for yourself or on behalf of another user to seek services from the legal department.

If you have the Legal Virtual Agent Conversations application installed on your instance, you can submit a privacy assessment request through the Virtual Agent chat. For more information, see Legal Virtual Agent Conversations.
Prozedur

Open privacy assessment intake form, using one of the following
options.
Option Description Using Employee Center - Navigate to
- Select Legal from the header.
- Select Privacy and Data.
- Select Privacy Assessment.
Using Legal Service Portal - Navigate to
- Select Service Catalog.
- Select the expand icon
on Legal Requests from the left panel.
- Select Privacy Requests.
- Select Privacy Assessment.
- On the Privacy Assessment form, provide a description of the project or initiative for which you need the privacy assessment and the project sponsor.
- Indicate whether personal data is involved in the Is personal data involved? field.
- If you have selected Yes to indicate that personal data is involved, fill in the details for additional fields as following.
- Select Submit.
Ergebnisse
A privacy assessment request is created in the New state.
- The request is assigned to a group or user in the legal department based on the assignment rule set in the associated practice area. For more information, see Assignment rule to automatically assign legal requests or matters.
- If the administrator has configured notifications, you receive notifications about the progress of the request.
