You can follow up on your anonymous report to view comments and updates from the legal fulfiller working on it or add comments.

To access your anonymous report, you must have the report key and report number that was generated when you submitted the request.

Open the Anonymous Report Center portal either via Employee Center portal or using a direct URL.

- In the Employee Center portal, click the Legal menu and select the Ethics and Compliance option.
- In the Ethics and Compliance request category page, click Anonymous Ethics Complaint.

| From Legal Service Portal
|
- Navigate to .
- In the Legal Service Portal, click Service Catalog and select the Ethics Requests category.
- In the Ethics Requests category page, click Anonymous Ethics Complaint.

If you are using Employee Center or Legal Service Portal, you are signed out of your account to keep your identity anonymous. The Anonymous Report Center portal opens in a new browser tab.

If you're asked to provide credentials to log in, you can copy this URL and enter your instance details to access the Anonymous Report Center.
For example: https://<instance_name>/arc.

In the Anonymous Report Center portal, click Follow up on a report.

On the Follow up on a report page, enter the details.

In Report Key, enter the report key you get after submitting an anonymous report.

In Report Number, enter the report number you get after submitting an anonymous report.

Enter the text verification code.
Hinweis: For the text verification code to work, you must install the HR Scoped Security plugin (com.snc.hr.scoped_security).

Click Next.
The report is displayed in the Standard Ticket Page.
