    1. Configure application
    As an HR administrator, plan and configure HR Service Delivery for Healthcare by installing the necessary applications.
    2. Customize workflow
    As a health care administrator, customize the Healthcare Employee Onboarding workflow to tailor to your organization needs.
    3. Place onboarding request
    As a hiring manager or an HR agent, request an onboarding journey for a healthcare professional from Employee Centre. This triggers onboarding journey for the healthcare professional, creating a set of HR tasks for healthcare professional and HR agents.
    • An HR profile and a Healthcare professional profile is created for the healthcare professional.
    • An onboarding journey is auto-created for the healthcare professional, an email account is auto-created, and the employee is notified about the journey via email.
    • HR Tasks, such as pre-hire tasks, credentialing and verification, background checks, enrollments, required learnings, are auto-triggered and assigned based on the order defined for the tasks in the journey.
    • After the healthcare professional completes the profile intake tasks, the data is sent to the HR agents for validation and credentialing. Once the tasks in the journey are complete, the healthcare employee onboarding request is marked complete.

    Information provided by the healthcare professional is securely managed in the Healthcare Professional data model.
