    Role required: sn_lg_matter.matter_config, sn_lg_matter.matter_fulfiller

    Warum und wann dieser Vorgang ausgeführt wird

    Setting up an outside counsel can be done either as a fulfiller task or when configuring Legal Invention Disclosure after installation.

    Prozedur

    1. Access the form to create an Outside Counsel record.

      From the Legal Matter module

      Navigate to All > Legal Matter > Outside Counsel Setup > Setup Outside Counsels.
      From Legal Counsel Center
      1. Navigate to All > Legal Counsel Center.
      2. Select the List icon (List icon) from the primary navigation and in the Outside Counsel section of the Lists menu, select All.
    2. Select New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.

      Field Description
      Outside Firm Name of the parent firm for the outside counsel from the lookup which were already added.
      Outside Counsel Name Name of the outside counsel.
      Outside Counsel Email Email address of the outside counsel.
      Active Option to make the Outside Counsel record active.
    4. Save the Outside Counsel record.
      • On the Outside Counsels New record form, select Submit.
      • On the Create New Outside Counsel from the Legal Counsel Center, select Save.
