    • With the Visitor Reception Dashboard, you can track visitor registrations created in the application on any day. Track the statuses of visitors who are on the premises. View the number of visitors who are expected, have checked in, have checked out, are on break, or have not showed up.

    Hinweis:
    The Workplace Visitor Management dashboard is migrated to Workplace Central. You can start using the migrated dashboards from Workplace Central. The out-of-the-box dashboards are also migrated to Workplace Central. Old dashboards are not supported for new Workplace Service Delivery customers. For existing customers, old dashboards are currently available but will be deprecated soon.

    Visitor Reception Dashboard

    To access the Visitor Reception Dashboard, navigate to All > Workplace Central > Workplace Dashboards .

    Select a location in the Visiting Location field at the top to display reports for that location in separate tabs.

    • Review current day's visitor registrations
    • Monitor visitor registrations created by employees.
    • Monitor visitors who are currently checked in and the visitors who have checked out.
    • Monitor visitors who are on break.
    • Monitor expected visitors on the current day and at any hour.
    • Check cancelled registrations.
    • Check visitor's who did not show up.

    Data visualizations

    The Visitor reception dashboard allows you to view the following visualizations.

    Expected visitors today Single score Single-score icon Number of expected visitors on the current day.
    Visitors that are checked in Single score Single-score icon Number of visitors who are currently checked.
    Visitors on break Single score Single-score icon Number of visitors who are currently on break.
    Visitors that are checked out Single score Single-score icon Number of visitors who have checked out on the current day.
    Cancelled visitor registrations Single score Single-score icon Number of cancelled visitor registrations.
    Visitors expected today per hour Column Columns icon Number of visitors expected at any hour on the current day. It shows the trend of the day according to when visitors are expected.
    Expected visitors today List Visitor registrations of the expected visitors on the current day.
    Visitors that are checked in List Visitor registrations of the visitors who are currently checked in.
    Visitors on break List Visitor registrations of the visitors who are currently on break.
    Visitors that are checked out List Visitor registrations of the visitors who have checked out.
    Cancelled visitor registrations List Cancelled visitor registrations.
