Send email to stakeholders

    • As a contract fulfiller, set up an email to stakeholders to request review of the contract document reviewed and confirm the changes.

    The option to compose an email is available only when the State is Awaiting approval, Awaiting signature, Contract signed or Work in progress.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to your workspace.
    2. Open the contract request.
    3. Select the More Actions More actions icon icon.
    4. Select Compose email.
    5. In the Compose email pop-up, select the documents to be attached
    6. In the New Email Draft tab, add recipients' email addresses in the To, CC, and BCC fields as appropriate.
    7. Enter the subject of the email in the Subject field.
      By default, the short description of the request is populated in the Subject field.
    8. Compose an email body.
      ActionSteps
      Enter your own message. Enter your message in the text box.
      Use Response templates to insert predefined content into the email body
      • Select Response Templates icon (Response Templates icon).
      • Select the appropriate response template.
      • Select Copy to clipboard.
      • Paste the content in the email body.

      • Select Email Templates icon (Email Templates icon).
      • Select an appropriate response template based on the subject of your email.
      • Select Apply Template to use the template.
        Hinweis:
        Only response templates configured for the email channel are available to use. For more information, see Response templates.
    9. Send the email immediately or later, or discard it.

      • In the New Email Draft form, select the More Actions More actions button icon. icon To view draft emails, select View drafts
      • Select a draft email from the list to load it.
      • If a newer document revision has been posted, you will have to substitute that revision for the document you attached.
      • To send the email, select Send email.

      Discard the email To discard the email, select Discard draft.

    Ergebnisse

    After the email is sent, it is added to the activity stream on the request form. Emails you receive from others are also added to the activity stream.

    To see a list of available default email notifications, go to All > System Notifications > Notifications and search for the Contracts Support category.
