    • Create new reservations and make changes to existing reservations for your company events from the Workplace Service Management portal, which integrates with Employee Center Pro.

    The workplace service delivery integrates with employee center pro to provide you with an opportunity to create new reservations and modify existing reservations for your company events seamlessly by following a few simple steps.

    Hinweis:
    This integration is for Company Events only.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to Workplace Service Management > Portal > New Reservation.

    Create a new reservation through WSD portal
    1. Enter the day and time for the event to start and end.
      Hinweis:
      Make sure to enter future dates (for example: for the current day, make sure to set the day and time for tomorrow 9AM to 11AM).
    2. Select Search to populate the Search results for a list of available buildings for the day and time you selected.

    1. Select Next.
      Hinweis:
      You will be able to save and make changes to events in the content library.
    2. Enter the Reservation subject(required field) on the Reservation details form.
    3. Validate info in the other fields, including who This reservation is for, and the building selections.
    4. Review the Reservation summary and select Submit reservation.

    See your reservation details and summary to validate the information you selected
    Hinweis:
    Any Workplace User can see the Reservation details and Reservation summary; however, only a Content Manager is able to save the event or make changes to the event in the content library.
    1. Validate that your selections are correct and submitReservation.
      New reservations or reservation changes are successfully executed and reflected within the portal reservation details.
