Transfer a Universal Request from the Health and Safety Workspace

  • You can transfer a Universal Request to another department or services from the Health and Safety Workspace.

    Vorbereitungen

    Role required: sn_uni_req.routing_agent

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Health and Safety > Health and Safety Workspace.
    2. Select the cases icon (Health and safety cases icon.) to open the Cases tab.
    3. In the lists tab, select Universal Request and then select All.
    4. Select the universal request record that has the safety case to be transferred.
    5. In the Primary Ticket field, select the icon to open the health and safety case.
    6. Select the Transfer button.
      Hinweis:
      The Transfer option is displayed only if the case is assigned to you.
    7. On the Transfer Ticket form, provide the following details:
      Tabelle : 1. Transfer Ticket form
      Field Description
      Department The different departments of the organization
      Transfer reason The reason for transferring the safety case to another department or services
      Transfer notes Brief description for routing the primary ticket
    8. Select Transfer.

    Ergebnisse

    The universal request is transferred to the selected department. Based on the reason of transfer the state of the health and safety case changes from Work in progress to Closed Complete or Awaiting acceptance.

    Nächste Maßnahme

    To associate another health and safety ticket to the universal request, you can select Create Associated Ticket. The new associated ticket displays on the Associated Tickets related list of the universal request.
