Configure variables for Now Assist summarization

    • Configure the variables of the practice areas that you want to be considered as inputs for legal request or matter summarization by using the Now Assist application.

    Vorbereitungen

    Role required: admin or sn_lg_ops.legal_admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Legal Administration > Practice Areas.
    2. Select the practice area, such as Contracts, Ethics, or Compliance, that you want to add the variables to.
    3. On the Intake Forms tab, select and open the record.
    4. In the information message at the top of the page, select the link here to edit the intake form record.
    5. Unlock and select the variables by selecting the variables for summarization (Lock icon.) icon.
      Hinweis:
      Only single-row variables that aren’t mapped to a field are visible.
    6. Add a single variable or multiple variables to an intake form of the practice area.
      OptionSteps
      Add a single variable
      1. Open the list of variables by selecting the Lookup using list icon (Lookup using list icon).
      2. Find the variable by using the search bar or scrolling.
      3. Select the variable to add.
      Add multiple variables
      1. Open the Edit Members window by selecting the Add/Remove multiple icon (Add/Remove multiple icon.) icon.
      2. In the Available Variables list, use the search bar or scroll to find and select the required variables.
      3. Move the variables to the Selected Variable list by selecting the right arrow icon ( Right arrow icon.).
      4. If you want to remove a variable, select it from the Selected Variables list and select the left arrow icon (Left arrow icon.).
      5. Apply the selected variables by selecting Save.
      6. If you don’t want to save changes, select Cancel.
    7. Lock the selected variables by selecting the unlock key icon Unlock key icon.).
    8. Select Update.

    Ergebnisse

    All the selected variables are added to the intake form of the practice area.
