    • An Talent admin can manage Aspirations that employees create and share.

    Role required: sn_egd_core.admin or admin

    Warum und wann dieser Vorgang ausgeführt wird

    Aspirations are used by employees to identify and track personal and professional goals. An employee can create a growth plan from an Aspiration.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Talent Development Core > Aspirations > Aspirations.
    2. Select New.
    3. Complete the Aspiration New record form.

    4. Select Submit
