Review and close the feedback

    • Review the feedback response and take further actions using the Advanced Risk application.

    Role required: sn_rvw_feedback.reviewer

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Risk > Risk Workspace > My tasks.
    2. Open the Feedback that you want to review and assess the respondent's comments and response.
    3. If you are satisfied with the response, you have the following choices:
      • To close the feedback, select Close.
      • To close the feedback with an action, select Close and initiate an action.
        Hinweis:
        You can create an issue or link the feedback to an existing record to facilitate follow-up and resolution.
    4. Wahlweise: If you’re unsatisfied with the response, select the more actions more action icon icon and do the following:
      1. Select Move to draft.
        This action clears previous responses from the respondent.
      2. Select Ok.
