    • Manage the source document tasks, the associated source document alerts, and other relevant details in the Regulatory Change Tasks module. Use these tasks to identify and comply with the source document changes.

    A source document import task is used to ingest a particular source document that is received from the provider into the regulatory library.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Application > Regulatory Change Management > Source Document Import Tasks.
    2. Select a source document import task.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.

      Field Description
      Assignment group Assignment group for the record. The group is selected from the Group Hierarchy table.
      Assigned to Name of the person who is assigned the task.
      Approver type Approver type for the task. Choices are as follows:
      • User
      • Group
      Approver Approver of the source document import task. When the Approver type field is set to Group, the request is sent to the group members.
      Due date Due date for the source document import task.
      Approved on Date when the source document import task is approved.
      Regulatory alert Name of the regulatory alert.
      Instructions Instructions for the task.
      Import Task
      Action

      Action for the import task.

      • Update- to update an existing citation.
      • Insert- to insert a new citation.
      Target citation Search and look for a citation to update. Select New to insert a citation.
      Activity Journal
      Watch list Users whom you have added as watchers.
      Work notes list List of work notes made by users.
      Work notes Work notes or comments provided.
      Related list
      Similar source documents Records of similar source documents.
      Action Tasks Action tasks related to the import document tasks. Select New to add new action tasks.
      Issues Issues observed during the regulatory change workflow or the source document workflow.
      Approvers Approvers of the import document task. This list displays the approval records that get created when an approval is requested.
    4. To apply your changes, do one of the following:
      • To update the selected source document import task, select Update.
      • To save the changes, select Work in Progress.
    5. To request an approval for the source document import task, select Request Approval.

    Ergebnisse

    A new citation is inserted or an existing citation is updated.
