Repeated alerts on the same CI have the same source and severity level. Check whether
the issues tracked by your alert on your mobile device occur multiple times. Use this
information to determine the urgency level of the alerts and prioritize how to handle them.
Before you begin
Role required: evt_mgmt_user
Procedure
Open the mobile app and select Event Management.
The home page appears:
Slide an alert to the right and tap Maint on the left side of the alert.
The Top Priority Alerts screen appears. The alert is set to the Maintenance state and displays with both a blue indicator in the left margin and diagonal lines running through the alert. After refreshing the page,
this alert no longer appears in the list of alerts.
Select an individual alert.
Tap on Related list and select Repeated
Alerts.
A list is displayed containing the alerts with the same source and
severity as the selected alert.
