Connect to an instance using the mobile app

  • After installing the mobile app, you must configure an instance from which the app measures alerts. When connecting to an instance using the mobile app, you can access and manage Event Management alerts.

    Before you begin

    Role required: evt_mgmt_operator or evt_mgmt_admin

    Procedure

    1. Configure the Event Management mobile app.
    2. In the Mobile Agent Event Management mobile app, click the plus icon to add a new instance.
    3. Select the instance you want to configure.
    4. Log in with either user, operator, or admin credentials.
