    About this task

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Service Operations Workspace > Configurations.
    2. Under Governance and autonomy, select Team governance.
    3. Select the Catalog item request form link.
    4. Edit the form as appropriate and follow the catalog instructions to publish.
      For detailed information to edit a catalog item, see Create a catalog item using a template and follow the procedures there.
      Note:
      Make sure to Submit. Until you submit the item, it is in the Draft state and is not available in the catalog.
