The Event Management Scorecards dashboard is accessible when both the Event Management plugin and the Performance Analytics - Content Pack - Event Management plugin are activated. This dashboard provides a comprehensive view of alerts, service impacts, and health checks relevant to IT operations management.

Note that the Event Management Scorecards dashboard is not supported on mobile devices, and configuration of Performance Analytics jobs is necessary for data display.
Key Features
- EM Overview Tab: Displays active and critical alerts, affected application services, and graphical representations of alert impacts.
- Service Scorecard Tab: Provides insights on impacted services, average service impact time, and the percentage of affected application services.
- Alerts Scorecard Tab: Highlights metrics such as the average age of open alerts and the percentage of critical alerts.
- Health Check Monitors Tab: Shows license usage, event status breakdowns, and processed events per job over the last two hours.

The Event Management Scorecards dashboard displays when both Event Management plugin (com.glideapp.itom.snac) and the Performance Analytics - Content Pack - Event Management (com.snc.pa.em) plugin are activated.

- Event Management does not support mobile devices.
- You must configure the relevant Performance Analytics jobs to enable the scorecards dashboard to display data. For details, see Performance Analytics data collection.
- Navigate to to view the overview module.
- Select Event Management Scorecards from the drop-down list.

EM Overview
The EM Overview tab shows:| Widget | Description |

| Affected Application Services - Grouped | Graphical representation of the number of services that have an impact on the application service. You can configure the graph using the controls in the widget. |
| Active Alerts - Grouped | Graphical representation of the number of active alerts. You can configure the graph using the controls in the widget. |
| Application Services Affected by Alerts | Number of application services that have an impact on alerts. You can configure the graph using the controls in the widget. |
| Active Alerts with Tasks | Number of active alerts that have tasks. You can configure the graph using the controls in the widget. |
| Top 10 Active Alerts | Ten most active alerts during the review period. You can configure the graph using the controls in the widget. |
Service Scorecard
