Place an alert in the Maintenance state in Express List

    • Placing an alert into the Maintenance state indicates that there are issues with the alert's CIs that are being addressed.

    Before you begin

    Role required: evt_mgmt_operator or evt_mgmt_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. In the primary navigation, select the Express List icon (Express List icon).
    3. Select the check box next to the alert number.
    4. Select the Close drop-down list and then select Put in maintenance.
