Assign an administrator to SRM

  • Add people from your ServiceNow instance to administer the Service Reliability Management (SRM) application.

    Before you begin

    The SRM admin can create and set up new teams, and view and modify data across all SRM teams.

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Service Operations Workspace > Overview.
    2. In the Service Operations Management tile, select Configure.

    3. Navigate to Assign and activate > Assign admin roles.
    4. Enter user names in the field.
    5. Select Save.
