View service alerts and details using the mobile app

    • You can use the mobile app to view service alerts, as well as service severity, priority, name, owner, and class.

    Before you begin

    Roles required: evt_mgmt_user, evt_mgmt_admin or evt_mgmt_operator

    Procedure

    1. Open the mobile app and select Event Management.
    2. Tap one of the Services groups.

      Service group details

    3. Tap a service to view further details.

      Individual service details

    4. Tap the item that represents a service.
      It displays the alerts of the service you selected.
      Note:
      The mobile app displays only alerts from the EM Alert [em_alert] table that have not yet undergone impact calculation. Therefore, alert lists might be different on the mobile app than in the instance. The instance has a list of alerts from the EM History Alert [em_history_alert] table that have undergone impact calculation.
