    Now Assist Readiness Evaluation overview

    Now Assist Readiness Evaluation helps you determine whether your organization's instance is ready to implement generative and agentic AI features in Now Assist. It enables you to assess whether updates, installations, or customizations of your instance could affect implementation. The assessments provide direct hyperlinks to improve any issues found.

    Now Assist Readiness Evaluation provides assessment in separate tabs grouped by agentic AI and generative AI solutions. Agentic AI solution information appears in the Agentic AI Assessment tab and generative AI solution information appears in the Now Assist Assessment tab.

    Now Assist Readiness Evaluation evaluates and assesses the following areas of your instance for AI implementation readiness.

    AI readiness page
    The AI readiness page provides the complete list of AI readiness assessments, along with a general assessment summary.
    Assessment details page
    The assessment details page shows the detailed results of a readiness assessment for a specific area of your instance. It shows readiness by category and lists the important issues to resolve to achieve AI implementation readiness.
