Create an AI issue in the AI Control Tower

    • Identify and manage issues related to the impacted areas for the reported AI case in the AI Control Tower.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_grc_ai_gov.ai_risk_and_compliance_analyst or sn_grc_ai_gov.ai_risk_and_compliance_manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > AI Control Tower.
    2. Go to the AI cases dashboard.
    3. On the AI cases dashboard, on the AI cases tab, select Create issue.
    4. On the form, fill in the fields.
      For a description of the field values on the Create New AI case, see Create new AI issue form.
    5. Select Save.
