Note that access to features depends on your ServiceNow license, and insights are currently limited to managed AI assets within the selected time period. Unmanaged assets require reconfiguration to managed status to be included in value calculations.

By leveraging the Value tab, customers can effectively measure and demonstrate the tangible benefits of their AI investments. The dashboard’s visualizations and metrics enable monitoring of AI adoption, productivity improvements, and value delivery in real time. This supports data-driven decision-making for optimizing AI assets and prioritizing resources toward the most impactful AI systems and skills.
To maximize insights, ensure AI assets are configured as managed to appear in value calculations. Use value templates associated with each AI asset to understand how value is computed and reported.
Use the Value dashboard page to gain insights into the value realized from multiple types of AI in your organization.
The Value dashboard page contains visualizations that help you assess the value of your AI assets. Creator skills are included in the Value dashboard page. Value metrics for creator skills are aggregated across non-production and production instances.
The indicators on the dashboard are based on the value templates associated with each AI asset. See Using value templates for more information.
