Recommendations for AI assets are automatically generated for you to review and act on.
Overview of Recommendations
Recommendations are automatically generated so AI Stewards can identify and address issues before they escalate, without the need for manual monitoring.
Recommendations are generated every hour for AI assets, giving AI Stewards a clear and current view of which assets need attention and why.
Recommendations are triggered and created for the following use cases:
- Activities with no tasks: When an active lifecycle playbook activity is in an onboarding or offboarding phase but has no tasks linked to it, a recommendation is generated. This alerts you that work must be assigned before progress can continue.
- Activities ready to be marked as complete: When every child task under an activity is complete but the activity itself is still open, a recommendation is generated. This keeps your lifecycle stages from stalling in an open state when the real work is already done.
Viewing recommendations
You can view recommendations in the following locations:
- AI Control Tower Home page: In theTop action items widget.
- Asset record page: In the Needs attention section. You can select See All in Activity Center to open the Activity Center, where you can view all the recommendations.
- Activity Center: In the Recommendations option.
Select a recommendation to view the details of the asset for which the recommendation was generated.
To see the full context of a recommendation, select Open to take you directly to the Lifecycle tab. You can also select the Open drop-down list and then select View details to view the details in a side panel.
