Now Assist panel
The Now Assist panel is the conversational interface where you can interact with the AI companion to perform setup, solution building, and question answering tasks.
The AI companion in the Now Assist panel uses generative AI to accomplish Now Assist setup and configuration tasks on your instance based on your requests. Describe what you want to accomplish and the AI companion guides you through the process, executes actions with your confirmation, and answers questions about your instance and the Now Assist products.
Use the Now Assist panel to perform the following types of actions:
- Perform common administrator functions
- Implement the setup and configuration of AI solutions
- Answer questions and find help documentation
- Activate and set up base system skills
- Enable or disable native and machine translation
- Configure language support for supported language models
- View privacy policy details and guidance
- View data sharing details and guidance
- View data overflow processing details and guidance
- View policy and model providers with management guidance
- View active and deprecated AI model versions
- Discover and assign AI agents and agentic workflows that implement use cases
