Configuring Enterprise Asset Management by incident managers
Incident managers or users with the itil role can configure the Enterprise Asset Management application by creating, updating, and resolving IT incidents for enterprise assets.
The itil role can perform the following:
- Create Enterprise Asset Management incidents
- Resolve and close Enterprise Asset Management incidents.
