ServiceNow customers can access the Success portal view by navigating to Software Asset Workspace > Success portal. The dashboard includes widgets that provide an overview of SAM maturity, success goals, savings, health checks, value builder tasks, and open activities. This view supports effective monitoring and continuous improvement of the SAM program within the ServiceNow platform.

The Success portal supports domain separation when the Performance Analytics - Domain Support plugin (com.snc.pa.domain_support) is activated. To filter the data by domain, select a domain at the top of the dashboard.
