Generative AI summarization on the standard ticket page

  • On the standard ticket page, requesters can quickly access a generative AI summary of the ticket and its recent activity at the top. To display this summary, make sure the Summary fields is set up on the Ticket configuration page and that the Now Assist in Standard Ticket Page skill is enabled.

    The ticket page provides an on-demand summary. When the requester selects Summarize, a summary appears at the top, making key information quickly accessible and improving efficiency.

    The Summarize button appears when at least one field is configured. If no field values are configured, the button does not appear, regardless of whether the Now Assist in Standard Ticket Page skill is active.

    Each summary uses a set structure for consistency, making information easy to understand and improving communication in the ticketing process.
