Exclude relationships from the relations formatter view

    • Create a list of relationships that should not appear in the relations formatter view on CI forms.

    Before you begin

    Role required:
    • sn_cmdb_editor or itil: View the relationship type exclusion list
    • sn_cmdb_admin or itil_admin: Create, update, or delete the relationship type exclusion list

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Configuration > Relationships > Relationship Type Exclusion List.
    2. In the CI Relation Filters list view, click New.
    3. Fill out the CI Relation Filter form to specify the relationship that you want to exclude from view.
    4. Click Submit.
      Excluded relationships do not appear in the relations formatter view on CI forms.
