Demand summarization

The demand summarization skill reviews the fields of a demand record and helps generate a clear summary. Use this skill to quickly understand the key details of a demand without reviewing individual fields, comments, and work notes.

The generated summary is displayed in a summary card on the demand record. You can copy the summary for further use.

Refine records

The refine record skill improves demand quality by enabling AI-assisted text refinement directly within the text fields of demand records. Using the skill, you can elaborate on a brief description or shorten lengthy content without losing key information. This feature ensures demands are clear, complete, and actionable from the start.

The skill considers other fields in the demand form to generate contextually relevant content. It reduces rework caused by missing or unclear information and helps demand managers create well-structured records more efficiently.
