    • View a concise summary of your operational outcomes in the Impact store application. This summary could include positive or negative outcomes trends, adoption of recommended applications, and consumption of related accelerators.

    Hinweis:

    Access to the Outcomes summarization feature is determined by your Impact Package or a Pro Plus license for any ServiceNow product.

    Role required:Impact App Admin, Impact Platform Owner, Impact Portfolio Owner.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Impact > Value Management.
    2. Select the outcome insight.
    3. In the Quick links section, select the Outcome details page link.
    4. In the Summarize this Outcome section, select Summarize.
      Now Assist generates and displays summary information for the outcome, as shown in the following example.

    5. Wahlweise: Provide feedback for the summary by selecting the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icons.
    6. Wahlweise: Copy the summary to use its information outside the app, for example, for including in an email or editing before forwarding, by selecting the Copy to clipboard icon Copy to clipboard.
    7. Wahlweise: If you think that data might have changed after you viewed the summary, refresh the summary information by selecting the redo icon .
