# Manage Impact Delivery Instance users {#ariaid-title1}

Impact admins can create, view, and manage their users with Impact User Management.

Role required: Impact admin

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to ImpactUser Profile MenuManage Users.
2. Select Add new user.
3. Enter the relevant information including:  
   * User email (required)
   * User First and Last names (required)
   * Impact role
   * Impact feature access
   * ServiceNow University access role

4. Select Submit.  
   The new user is created.

  Update a role for an Impact user role after the initial assignment in the Impact Delivery Instance.
* **[Remove Impact user permissions in the Impact Delivery Instance](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/JK_szA7FxglALtdlo25iEQ#remove-impact-user-permissions)**   
  Remove permissions that you've assigned to an Impact user if that user should no longer have access to the Impact Delivery Instance.
