The Impact operating model is a research-backed system of key activities, personalized to your organization, to help drive faster time to value with the ServiceNow platform.
Delivered by your Impact Squad, our unique operating model includes a fit-for-purpose set of Initiatives to start you on the fast track to value.

* Enjoy flexibility to add business outcomes, reprioritize objectives, and adapt to the needs of your organization.The Impact program is comprised of two
  phases, Foundations and Steady State. Foundations kicks off the experience and defines
  the value baseline, and the Steady State cadence keeps you on track with your Impact plan and associated business goals.
